Beer Provided By RoHa Brewing Project
RoHa was 10 years in the making, the dream of Rob (the Ro in RoHa) Phillips. Long before Rob was plotting breweries, Chris Haas was busy creating award-winning beer. Haas (the Ha in RoHa) is a Utah brewing pioneer with two decades in the business.
It was a nearly perfect partnership. Rob an engineer and ardent home brewer. Haas the seasoned, detail-oriented professional brewer. Rob the Planner, Chris the Analyzer. The last piece of the RoHa puzzle was Josh Stern, the Driver. Those three personality traits created the ideal triumvirate for an emerging brewery. Yet, it’s the similarities that define RoHa: a clear passion for beer and dedication to the craft balanced with a craving for a great life along with outdoor adventure — powder, single track and rivers.

Beehive Distilling started with the notion that gin wasn’t being given the love it deserved. Real gin—a blast of juniper followed by the complex intrigue of all the other botanicals—was being challenged by pretenders. Gin shouldn’t taste like a citrus drink, and it shouldn’t taste like cleaning fluid. We give gin some well deserved attention. Small batches on a small still. Botanicals measured and macerated by hand, vapor infused, bottled and labeled in our Salt Lake City distillery. Utah, say hello to Jack Rabbit Gin. It’s been a long time coming.
During the 19th Annual Lone Peak Celebration you'll get to enjoy Beehive Distilling's:
- Jack Rabbit Gin
- Organic Sugarcane Vodka
- Rye Whiskey
Craft Cocktails:
- Save Our Canyons: gin, lime juice, muddled basil, simple syrup, club soda / lime & basil leaf garnish
- Lone Peak: vodka, blackberry puree, ginger beer, lime juice / mint & lime wedge garnish
- Wasatch Wilderness: whiskey, grapefruit juice, honey syrup / orange wheel garnish
Event Photography Provided By Chris Monte
I was born and raised in Minnesota, where I learned to snowboard on the tow-ropes and hills of the Midwest. After high school, I spent five years in Eau Claire, Wisconsin obtaining my undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Ever since I was a kid I knew I wanted to move West. The summer after I graduated I decided to pack up and skip town, passing through Utah initially as a pit stop to visit my family. That pit stop has lasted almost a decade, and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface.

- Alpine Earthworks Pottery was born from my dreams of bringing the joy of the wild places of this world into the daily rituals of the people I love. I was raised exploring the lesser traveled areas of the intermountain west and that desire to move off the beaten path has continued to push me to explore. The images that are imprinted in my brain from my adventures around the world have a need to come to life and ceramics is that outlet.

I’m Anthony Roderman, a photographer and outdoor enthusiast in Salt Lake City. The endless opportunities for exploration draws me to the Wasatch Mountains on a regular basis. I love to run in the foothills, ski in the canyons, and hike the Wasatch’s many peaks.
Utah is filled with some of our country’s most fantastic landscapes. And as much as I love photographing the red rock of Southern Utah and the rugged mountains of the Uintas, it’s the Wasatch that I find myself drawn to most often. The wildflowers in the summer, the waterfalls in the spring, the vibrant trees in the fall, and the snow-covered peaks in winter offer seemingly endless beauty year-round. It’s a photography paradise, and I feel very fortunate to have it in my backyard.
My goal with my photography is to share the beauty of these natural landscapes in an effort to encourage the protection of these areas. And that’s also why I support Save Our Canyons.

- As an artist and horticulturist, l love to depict nature because it is so important to me. I feel that I can bring an awareness to the importance of preserving and protecting nature to the viewer through my work. I always use minimal packing, reuse paper and other materials as often as I can. I reuse wood scraps and reclaimed materials that would ordinarily be trash.
