What: “Standing Together: Land Love & Hope” A Public Lands Rally

When: Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 12 p.m. A short program with speakers will begin at 12:15.

Where: South Steps of the Utah State Capitol (350 State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84103)

Other details: We encourage you to walk, bike, take public transit, or carpool if possible. Parking is limited and can be found primarily on surrounding streets and the west side of the Capitol. The rally will be accessible to all abilities and up-close parking is also available. 

Utahns love protected public lands – and we’re letting our elected officials know it! Please join fellow community members, activists, and environmental organizations for a rally that will leave you feeling inspired and demonstrate unwavering local support for protected public lands and wild places across Utah, especially Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments. Speaker announcements and additional details to come.

Por favor, únete a otros miembros de la comunidad, activistas y organizaciones ambientales para un mitin que te inspirará y demostrará un apoyo local inmensurable a las tierras públicas protegidas y lugares silvestres en todo Utah, especialmente los Monumentos Nacionales Bears Ears y Grand Staircase-Escalante.
