Planners OK new canyon road design
Deseret News April 11, 2003. The Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission OKs a development plan revision. The plan proposing a 38-foot hillside cut goes back to the office of the developer's long-time friend, Mayor Workman, for approval of the changes.
